Tomorrow is the 4th of July! Time for hot dogs, barbeque, and fireworks lighting the sky!! We know that tomorrow might be your cheat day and you’ll be eating burgers and food on the grill, but we wanted to provide you a recipe that will end your day on a healthier note. Thanks to the brilliant inventor of Popsicle molds we have a fruit Popsicle recipe with fresh fruits and limeade. It may not be our usual Mediterranean

Red, White, and Blue Fruit Pops! YUM!!

recipes, but it is the fourth and we’re celebrating America!

Red, White, & Blue Fruit Popsicle

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 2 cups limeade

Preparation

1. Divide blueberries and raspberries among freezer-pop molds. Pour limeade over the berries. Insert the sticks and freeze until completely firm, about 6 hours. Dip the molds briefly in hot water before unmolding.
